Monthly room:
Live a whole month directly at the river: That costs € 1.150 in the single room and € 1.000 in the double room per person.
The price includes: Breakfast, pick up service from the airports in Frankfurt, Frankfurt Hahn, Köln-Bonn and Düsseldorf and at the train station in Koblenz, weekly laundry service. Also we are pleased to undertake trips with you.

Flat rates for children:
Children up to 2 years are free of charge in their parents room. You have the possibility to rent a baby bed, a babyphone or a baby tub for free ditto.
Children from 3 J. to 5J - 5,00€.
If you are traveling with a children age from 6 bid 11 years, you pay per night doubleroom rate plus supplement € 14,00 per child .
Children from 12 years on are charged full.
Children untill 17J. pay no taxe of town.
