Monthly room:
Live a whole month directly at the river: That costs € 1.150 in the single room and € 1.000 in the double room per person.
The price includes: Breakfast, pick up service from the airports in Frankfurt, Frankfurt Hahn, Köln-Bonn and Düsseldorf and at the train station in Koblenz, weekly laundry service. Also we are pleased to undertake trips with you.

Flat rates for children:
Children up to 5 years are free of charge in their parents room., with extra bed- 5,00€ . You have the possibility to rent a baby bed, a babyphone or a baby tub for free ditto.
If you are traveling with a one child age from 6 bid 12 years, you pay doubleroom rate plus supplement € 14,00 per day. For the second child, you pay are charged € 9,00 surcharge per day.
Children from 12 years on are charged full.
If their parents book half board , the children's meal is free!
